Job Description

Join a growing digital pharmacy company in Vancouver's exciting tech scene! EasyDrugs is an online pharmacy dedicated to exceptional service and convenience.

The Digital Pharmacy specialist will help optimize new processes and technologies to help pharmacies digitize their processes. The role will primarily focus on the development and implementation of new automation technologies into the pharmacy. The specialist will work directly with the pharmacy team to identify opportunities to automate processes and improve
operational efficiencies. They will also gain experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the opportunity to train staff on new automation processes. Finally, the role will also include gaining experience in analyzing feedback and troubleshooting challenges with the new automation processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description
• Work with pharmacy team to develop digital strategies to capture new partners and users
• Work with pharmacy team to identify opportunities to automate workflow and improve operational efficiencies
• Capture and analyze data from digital operational and marketing initiatives
• Help establish and monitor KPIs
• Support implementation of new technologies into pharmacy to enhance productivity and workflow
• Support in the establishment of digital content for both internal and external use

• Excellent communication skills

Knowledge and Skills

The most important skill will be willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and digital skills. More specific requested skills will also include:
-Experience with pharmacy digitization and automation (eg. Script pro, Parata) is an asset
-Previous experience working at a pharmacy and managing workflow
-Quick learner and adaptable for working in a fast-paced environment
-Team player and open to collaboration with developers and other multidisciplinary teams
-Good time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills

Bachelor's Degree
